1. Agreement to these terms

By using livetourtech.com, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order from us.

2. Who we are

Live Tour Tech LLC designs and supplies portable stages, staging systems, truss, lighting and video wall equipment for churches, schools, venues and live events. You can reach us at (323) 535-9851.

3. Products and custom builds

Most of our staging is built to order. Size, height, finish and configuration are confirmed with you before production begins. Product photos, renders and specifications are representative; minor variations in finish, hardware and dimensions can occur between production runs and do not constitute a defect.

4. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices, freight allowances and lead times can change until an order is confirmed. Where free freight is offered it applies to qualifying orders delivered within the continental United States; eligibility can vary by product, order size and delivery location.

5. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when payment is received or an approved purchase order is accepted. Production begins after confirmation. We accept purchase orders from schools, churches and other institutions subject to approval, and tax-exempt orders with valid documentation.

6. Lead times and delivery

Typical door-to-door time for built-to-order systems is approximately 5–6 weeks, including production and freight. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by material availability and carrier scheduling. If you have a fixed event date, tell us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility in writing.

7. Returns and cancellations

Because our systems are custom-built heavy freight items, all sales are final and non-returnable. Damaged or missing items reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced at no cost. See the full Returns & Replacements policy.

8. Safe use of the equipment

Our staging is engineered for professional use with a maximum load capacity of 1,760 lbs per 4×4 deck, evenly distributed. You are responsible for safe setup, load limits, level ground and supervision on site. Read the Warranty & Safety guide before first use.

9. Warranty and limitation of liability

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper setup, overloading, moving assembled sections, improper storage, or normal wear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Tour Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue or event costs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All text, images, renders and designs on this site are the property of Live Tour Tech LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Venue and organization names shown on this site identify places our staging has been supplied to and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
