Live Tour Tech Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the size, customization, and freight nature of our staging systems, all sales are final and non-returnable.

We proudly stand behind the quality and durability of every product we ship. Each order is inspected prior to dispatch. However, if you believe your shipment is missing components or contains damaged items:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a written description.

  • We will assess the issue and, if verified, ship replacement parts at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, event cancellation, or incorrect sizing.

  • All platforms are considered custom-built and heavy-duty freight items, and therefore non-refundable.

  • Orders may be eligible for repair or part replacement after a Live Tour Tech team review.
